Child Education Session 2017-2018

This year was another promising chapter for the Dolma Foundation, marking 15 years of serving and supporting the people of Nepal.
It has been a satisfying year for us with all students passing and graduating to next grade in the 2017-2018 school year. We have prioritized our efforts to ensure “Right of Education” to every child.
In total there are 110 students receiving their primary & secondary level of education in Highland Boarding School in Dhunche, Rasuwa. Apart from this, we have around 10 children who are pursuing their studies in Kathmandu, among them some are differently able and one who is doing his Bachelor in Dental Science from Dhaka, Bangladesh. IT makes us proud to witness these children’s development, who would otherwise not have had the same opportunities if Dolma Foundation was not a part of their life.
Despite the positive growth in our children, it has also been a challenging year for us, around 30 children have lost their sponsors due to various reasons last year and we call on everyone for supporting this student's further education.
